Layla McCoy is beyond a triple threat not limited to talents in singing, dancing, and acting, but her skills also include modeling, songwriting, and behind-the-scenes work such as creative and assistant directing, choreographing as well as a hair and make-up. 

 

She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) as she enjoys communicating with the Deaf community and loves when ASL and theater are intertwined.  In addition, Layla has developed a passion for aerial circus and has received training in silks, lyra, trapeze, flying trapeze and hammock. She loves how aerial circus challenges both her body and mind. Layla believes in turning dreams into goals and working diligently until they are achieved in every aspect of life. She is a very ambitious and motivated artist who will take any opportunity she can to learn and grow. 

 

During her rare spare time, Layla attends events and volunteers in the community including local theaters and animal shelters and is an advocate for children in foster care as well as positive mental health. She loves to travel and explore the world, training and learning as much as she can throughout her journey of life.
